Refund policy
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to the made-to-order nature of the products we offer, there are no returns or exchanges if the customer orders the wrong size or color, changes their mind, or enters the incorrect shipping address. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the sizing charts, order details, and shipping information prior to submitting the order.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on merchandise.
Replacement item can be requested only if the product received is damaged or defective from the manufacturer.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer is responsible for emailing photos of damaged or defective items with order number to bodiesurfco@gmail.com. Once we receive proof of damaged or defective merchandise and verify the issue, we will contact the production team for resolution. We can then approve request for a free replacement. Please allow up to 30 days for resolution of the issue.
